ROOM.C MEDIA UK ↔ JAPAN

How It Works

A clear process from first brief to final report

1. Enquiry and fit

We review the artist, release, timing, objectives, available assets, requested services, and whether Room.C can genuinely help.

2. Research and positioning

The project is assessed for the strongest international angle, relevant context, and the media or audience most likely to care. We also identify where translation or additional explanation is needed.

3. Materials and approval

Press releases, biographies, translations, imagery, and other agreed assets are prepared and checked. Nothing is pitched until the relevant material is approved.

4. Media outreach

For press campaigns, selected journalists receive relevant pitches and access to approved press-room material. Enquiries and interview requests are coordinated during the campaign.

5. Reporting and next steps

Coverage and media responses are brought together with practical learnings and relevant campaign-period audience information, without claiming attribution the data cannot support.
