International press campaigns built around what a journalist actually needs
Room.C develops the strongest English-language angle around a release, prepares the supporting material, and pitches a researched group of relevant English-speaking media.
Who this is for
Artists, labels, and management teams with a release, tour, collaboration, or other clear story that has a credible reason to reach media outside Japan.
What is included
- Campaign research and international positioning
- Press materials, translation, and localisation where needed
- Artist-background research where supplied information is incomplete
- Bespoke media research and targeting
- Personalised or segmented journalist pitching
- Considered follow-up where appropriate
- Journalist enquiries and interview coordination
- Coverage tracking and campaign reporting
Context before outreach
A journalist should not have to research the artist from scratch before they can understand why the announcement matters. If the supplied material leaves out relevant history, international milestones, collaborators, previous activity, or the actual story behind the release, Room.C researches and adds the context needed before pitching begins.
What is not included
A Room.C campaign does not buy editorial coverage. It does not include guaranteed articles, paid playlist placement, paid advertising, radio plugging, or guaranteed coverage by Electric Bloom Webzine.
Timing
For a standard single, around four to six weeks before release is a useful starting point. Albums, tours, or projects requiring substantial material preparation may need longer.
What we need from you
A private listening link, release information, approved artist background, available imagery/assets, relevant dates, and the objectives or territories that matter most. If something important is missing, we identify it during the initial fit review rather than leaving the journalist to fill the gap.
